Through a combination of our pre-course online tutorial, two days of intensive learning & practical, and hands-on guidance from our most senior trainers, you will learn to teach one of the most mindful, dynamic & incredibly effective studio classes on the UK fitness scene.
Hour of Power instructor training is much more than learning a new routine of exercises or some clever techniques of how to hype-up your participants. Other studio-fitness methods have been doing that for years, and will continue to do that in various disguises for many years to come.

Pre-Course Online Tutorial
Prior to the weekend Certification, all course attendees are guided through the revolutionary Fitness4x4 Training Concept via means of the Correspondence Element of the Hour of Power Training Course. This includes the complete Fitness4x4 Training Manual and extracts from class founder Dragan Radovic’s the Way of Dragan Book.
The aim of this element of the course is to fully brief all course attendees on the Training Principles which underpin the exercise methods used in the Hour of Power Class. Then upon attendance to the Certification Weekend, participants will be fully ready to incorporate and utilise these principles in the practical teaching skills they learn.
* Please note there is no extra charge for the correspondence element of the course, however HoP Ltd will require that all course attendees complete booking for the course at least 10 days prior to the course – to allow sufficient time for all course materials to be mailed out and received.
